How to know if a women is attracted to you

How to know if a women is attracted to you

1. The “Green Light” Cues (High Engagement)

These are the indicators that show she is actively focused on you and trying to build a connection:

  • The Foot Pivot: Feet are incredibly honest. We naturally point them toward what we want or where we want to go. If her feet are aimed at you, her attention is too.
  • More Attention to You Than Others: If you are the “VIP” of her attention in a room, it’s a massive indicator.
  • The Glance, Look Away, Glance Back: This is classic. It shows she wants to look at you, gets caught (or gets nervous), looks away to reset, but can’t help looking back.
  • Smiling and Laughing A lot: Even at jokes that aren’t actually that funny. It’s a subconscious way of saying, “I like being around you and want you to feel successful here.”
  • Looking down when you catch her eye contact: This is a sign of submission and high attraction as she sees you as her superior

2. The Nervous Energy Cues (Self-Soothing)

Attraction causes a spike in adrenaline, which often manifests as fidgeting:

  • Fiddling with Hair, Clothes, or Jewelry: This serves a dual purpose. It releases nervous energy, but it is also a subconscious form of “preening” (trying to look her best for you).

3. The Nuance: Looking Left or Right

Looking Left or right means she is looking for an escape. While that can be true if she’s feeling trapped or uncomfortable, in the context of attraction, it usually means something else:

💡 The Lateral Glance: If she looks at you, looks to the side (left or right), and then looks back, it is often just a sign of shyness or processing emotion. It’s a brief break from the intensity of eye contact, not necessarily a sign that she wants to run away.

However, if her entire body shifts toward the door and she keeps glancing at the exit without looking back at you, then it’s an escape cue. However when a women looks down after looking at you it is a sign of high attraction or submission

The Golden Rule: Look for Clusters

Isolated gestures can mean anything (maybe her hair was just in her eyes, or she’s just a naturally giggly person). The real magic happens when you see three or more of these signs happening together.

Are you noticing these signs from someone specific right now, or are you just mastering the art of reading the room?
